We hate seeing fresh fruit go to waste when many people are unable to afford food for their families. Community Fruit Harvesting picks unwanted fruit from backyards and orchards in the Wairarapa and shares it with those in need.
We want you to get involved in any way you can. Nobody should go hungry while fruit falls to the ground and rots. Together we can make a big difference one fruit tree at a time. We are working with Wai Waste and the schools to supply fruit to students and families in need of a fruit boost.
